This particular piece is dedicated to the late Marcel Marceau, whom I had the humbling pleasure of admiring on stage live.
I am a dedicated student of the phenomenon of appearance and disappearance in life, and as it relates to the content of our every day lives. Movement, light, objects, color, lines, etc., all seem to embody a specific meaning but only in relationship to me focus on them.
They appear as I focus and disappear when I don't. Sort of a cosmic joke the universe plays with forms and shapes. I find it astonishing.
